Pacuare Lodge

Böëna now offers private Xplore Air flight service to Pacuare Lodge

Take the tedious out of traveling in Costa Rica with Böëna’s Xplore Air state-of-the-art air charter service to Pacuare Lodge. Böëna clients can now fly directly to Guapiles Airport in a private, executive-configured Cessna Caravan aircraft. The flight is a mere 25 minutes from the San Jose International Airport (SJO) & Pavas International Airport (Tobias Bolaños) followed by a two-hour drive through the scenic Talamanca Mountains.

Many guests choose to experience white water rafting on the Pacuare River to reach Pacuare Lodge. While others arrive by car—a drive that can take several hours. With Xplore Air’s newly introduced air charter service, it is now possible to dramatically reduce travel time while enjoying Costa Rica’s stunning tropical panoramas only visible from the air. Guests can also charter private flights between any of Böëna’s five Wilderness Lodges.
